IT Department Assistant

Salary:  Based upon qualifications
Start Date:  Sep. 2010: We are currently accepting additional applications for these positions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Planning, Management and Support of IT Systems, Hardware and Software, including but not limited to Microsoft, Linux, Asterisk/trixbox, and Avaya PBX, VoIP, SIP, soft phones, chat and email systems.
  • Assisting in installation of CAT5 cabling and workstation configurations
  • Knowledge of Cisco Routers & Adaptive Security Devices / firewalling
  • Must posses abilities of working in a fast paced environment while supporting a call center infrastructure which is operational 24x7x365
  • Past experience in working with local data providers to support our fiber optic connectivity helpful but not required

Education / Experience / Skills

  • Should have past work experience in call center, Internet Cafe's or computer stores
