IT Department Assistant
Salary: Based upon qualifications

Primary Responsibilities
- Planning, Management and Support of IT Systems, Hardware and Software,
including but not limited to Microsoft, Linux, Asterisk/trixbox, and Avaya
PBX, VoIP, SIP, soft phones, chat and email systems.
- Assisting in installation of CAT5 cabling and workstation configurations
- Knowledge of Cisco Routers & Adaptive Security Devices / firewalling
- Must posses abilities of working in a fast paced environment while
supporting a call center infrastructure which is operational 24x7x365
- Past experience in working with local data providers to support our
fiber optic connectivity helpful but not required
Education / Experience / Skills
- Should have past work experience in call center, Internet Cafe's or
computer stores
