VoIP Customer Support Agent - VOICE

Primary Responsibilities
SPECIAL DETAILS: In order to
qualify for this position, you must have excellent
English skills and should be familiar with configuring and supporting
VoIP routers. This position requires you to talk on the
telephone with customers in the USA and will require you to be
quick, logical and efficient in your ability to trouble shoot
network connection

Education / Experience / Skills
- MUST have past experience in VoIP call center
- MUST have good understanding of PC based operation systems
- Excellent written and
verbal [English] communication skills with strong commitment to customer
satisfaction
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fast learner who have existing internet skills
- Knowledge/understanding
or ability to quickly learn about general internet services including web browsing, email, etc.
- Flexible, must willing to work days, nights, weekends and or holidays when the need arises
