Primary Responsibilities
SPECIAL DETAILS: In order to
qualify for this position, you must have excellent
English skills, good typing skills and should be familiar with
Windows Operating Systems, such as Windows 2000, Windows XP,
Windows Vista, etc. Additional knowledge about VoIP systems
would be an advantage. This position requires you to chat in
real-time with customers on the Internet who are experiencing
technical difficulties. Therefore, you will need to be
quick, logical and efficient in your ability to trouble shoot
network connection

Education / Experience / Skills
- MUST have good understanding of PC based operation systems
- Excellent written and
verbal [English] communication skills with strong commitment to customer
satisfaction
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fast learner who have existing internet skills
- Knowledge/understanding
or ability to quickly learn about general internet services including web browsing, email, etc.
- Flexible, must willing to work days, nights, weekends and or holidays when the need arises
