- Interact with our clients customers to answer questions or assist with problems
Education / Experience / Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Degree in Information Technology would be of great help,
however, those who are fast learners and who have existing
internet skills will be considered.
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent written and
verbal [English] communication skills with strong commitment to customer
satisfaction
- Proficiency on Windows-based PC
(Windows Operating system)
- Advance knowledge/understanding
on internet services including web browsing, email, ftp, etc.
- Must possess excellent
organizational and analytical skills as well as ability to provide results
and learn quickly in a highly technical, fast-paced team environment
- Flexible, must willing to work days, nights, weekends and or holidays when the need arises
