Customer Service Representative Tier 1 (CSR-T1)

Salary:  Based upon qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

  • Interact with our clients customers to answer questions or assist with problems

Education / Experience / Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Degree in Information Technology would be of great help, however, those who are fast learners and who have existing internet skills will be considered.
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal [English] communication skills with strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency on Windows-based PC (Windows Operating system)
  • Advance knowledge/understanding on internet services including web browsing, email, ftp, etc.
  • Must possess excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as ability to provide results and learn quickly in a highly technical, fast-paced team environment
  • Flexible, must willing to work days, nights, weekends and or holidays when the need arises
