Human Resources (HR) Assistant

Salary:  Based upon qualifications
Start Date:  Sep. 2010

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Human Resources.
  • Communicate issues and developments to GM, CEO, Management Team and/or Board of Directors.
  • Ensure timely and efficient coordination and administration of compensation and benefits including timekeeping, leave monitoring and benefits utilization.
  • Design, draft, communicate and implement various HR policies and procedures.
  • Make sure that HR policies & procedures are recent and in compliance with any governmental regulations
  • Plan, source and complete manpower requirements of the organization.
  • Maintain, organize and safe keep various HR records and database related to operations and employment.
  • Generate reports that are accurate and sound in the decision making of Management.
  • Design, plan, document and implement programs that will pass on the culture of the organization to employees.
  • Excellent written and verbal [English] communication skills with strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Education / Experience / Skills

    • College Graduate preferably B.S. or A.B. Psychology, optional Masters Degree
    • Management Skills - handling people, counseling,
    • Time Management Skills
    • Project Management Skills
    • Business English Communication skills both oral and written
    • Payroll Administration
    • Interviewing Experience
    • Proficiency on Windows-based PC (Windows 95, 98, 2k, ME and XP
    • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
    • Must possess excellent organizational and analytical skills as well as ability to provide results and learn quickly in a highly technical, fast-paced team environment
