Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Salary: Based upon qualifications
Start Date: Sep. 2010
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Human Resources.
- Communicate issues and developments to GM, CEO, Management Team
and/or Board of Directors.
- Ensure timely and
efficient coordination and administration of compensation and benefits
including timekeeping, leave monitoring and benefits utilization.
- Design, draft, communicate and implement various HR policies
and procedures.
- Make sure that HR policies & procedures are recent and in
compliance with any governmental regulations
- Plan, source and complete
manpower requirements of the organization.
- Maintain, organize and
safe keep various HR records and database related to operations and
employment.
- Generate reports that are
accurate and sound in the decision making of Management.
- Design, plan, document
and implement programs that will pass on the culture of the organization to
employees.
- Excellent written and
verbal [English] communication skills with strong commitment to customer
satisfaction
Education / Experience / Skills
- College Graduate
preferably B.S. or A.B. Psychology, optional Masters Degree
- Management Skills -
handling people, counseling,
- Time Management Skills
- Project Management Skills
- Business English
Communication skills both oral and written
- Payroll Administration
- Interviewing Experience
- Proficiency on Windows-based PC
(Windows 95, 98, 2k, ME and XP
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and
Excel
- Must possess excellent
organizational and analytical skills as well as ability to provide results
and learn quickly in a highly technical, fast-paced team environment
