Web Hosting Technical Support Representative - Tier 2
Salary: Based upon qualifications

Primary Responsibilities
- To resolve technical support issues when they have been
escalated from a Customer Support Representative (Tier 1)
- Excellent written and
verbal [English] communication skills with strong commitment to customer
satisfaction
Education / Experience / Skills
- Special
Requirement: If you do not have experience
using/configuring the Linux Operating System do not apply
for this position.
- Degree in Information Technology related courses
- Proficiency on all Windows-based PC
(Windows 95, 98, 2k, ME and XP)
- Proficiency with FTP, Fetch, and other File Transfer
Protocol programs
- Proficiency with other web development programs such as
FrontPage, Dream Weaver, etc.
- Proficiency with email clients such as Outlook, Outlook
Express, Eudora, etc.
- Strong desire to self teach, research and advance skills
often times working individually and without assistance from a
higher level technical support individual
- Must possess excellent
organizational and analytical skills as well as ability to provide results
and learn quickly in a highly technical, fast-paced team environment
- Flexible, must willing to work days, nights, weekends and or holidays when the need arises
